A hanging sculpture piece made for my new charm series. The piece takes inspiration from the fascination surrounding the idea of mementos and keepsakes - how an object can be a reminder of a certain person, time and feeling. All my sculptural wall hanging are emblems of past and current emotions., particularly surrounded by love.

The tufted centre acts as a body encompassed by a pool of tulle patchwork. In the centre of the tufting, there is a small piece wanted to be protected. The beaded embellishments and chrome acrylic parts are inspired by precious stones and minerals. They act as pathways to navigate through the composition.
